Zyliant support FAQs and request form

  • No, Zyliant requires a screen at least 12 inches so a standard-sized ipad/tablet, laptop, or desktop is required.

    Touch screens are preferred over the use of a mouse.

    The use of a stylus on a touch screen is helpful.

  • Occasionally, your browser doesn’t correctly detect that you are using an ipad/tablet device, so it loads the desktop version of a website. You can update this in your browser’s settings.

    If you are using an ipad or tablet:

    • Click the “…” button next to the web address.

    • Click the AA button next to the web address.

    If using a desktop computer

  • At a clinic

    • The clinical staff will log into Zyliant using a specific clinical account, before asking patients to complete the screening. Patient email is not required.

    At home or an event

    • Users at home or at an event must create a unique login for Zyliant. Access to check personal email is required.

  • Your browser is blocking pop-up windows. You need to enable pop ups in your browser settings. These instructions may help:

    If the problem continues, please clearing your browser history/cookies and completely close and reopen your browser app.

  • You should be prompted to allow your browser to access your device’s microphone. You need to allow access to your microphone.

  • In order to load the visual assessments and questionnaires, the code in the background needs to find a particular user record in the database to open up the next assessments.

    This error most often occurs when the user has progressed very fast (or skipped) the movement assessment and vocal assessment.

    As clinical staff, you can click the back button on the browser and click the Try Again button so see if the backend has caught up.
