How do I enable pop ups?

Zyliant requires popup windows, which your browser may be blocking. First, look at the top right corner of your browser to see if there is a prompt where you can ALLOW popups.

If you are still needing assistance, read the instructions below. Please contact your clinic if you are unable to resolve this issue.

iPad – Safari browser
  1. Open the Settings app → Safari.
  2. Scroll down and turn off “Block Pop-ups.”
  3. Click the "Test Popup" button again to confirm.
Android tablet – Chrome browser
  1. Tap the (three dots) → Settings.
  2. Go to Site settings ▸ Pop-ups and redirects.
  3. Turn on “Pop-ups and redirects.”
  4. Click the "Test Popup" button again to confirm.
Laptop/Desktop – Chrome browser
  1. Look for a popup blocked icon (a small window with a red “x”) in the address bar.
  2. Click it and choose “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [this site]”.
  3. Click Done.
  4. Click the "Test Popup" button again to confirm.
Laptop/Desktop – Microsoft Edge browser
  1. Click the popup blocked icon on the right side of the address bar.
  2. Select “Always allow pop-ups and redirects” and click Done.
  3. Click the "Test Popup" button again to confirm.
Laptop/Desktop – Firefox browser
  1. A yellow bar or icon appears near the top of the page.
  2. Click OptionsAllow pop-ups for [this site].
  3. Click the "Test Popup" button again to confirm.
Laptop/Desktop – Safari browser
  1. Go to Safari ▸ Preferences ▸ Websites ▸ Pop-up Windows.
  2. Find this website in the list and set it to Allow.
  3. Click the "Test Popup" button again to confirm.
Why does the page look small or zoomed out?

If using an iPad or Tablet: The browser is incorrectly showing the desktop version of the site. Follow the steps below to switch to the mobile version.

iPad- Safari browser
  1. In the address bar, tap the “aA” icon on the left side.
  2. Select “Request Mobile Website”.
  3. If you want Safari to always open the mobile version for this site:
    1. Tap Website Settings in the same menu.
    2. Turn off “Request Desktop Website.”
    3. Tap Done.
  4. Reload the page. It should now display at the correct mobile size.
iPad- Chrome browser
  1. Tap the (three dots) menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. If you see a checkmark next to “Request Desktop Site,” tap it to uncheck.
  3. The page will reload in mobile view.
Android Tablet- Chrome browser
  1. Tap the (three dots) menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Uncheck “Desktop site.”
  3. The page will reload automatically in the mobile layout.
Microsoft Edge or Other browser
  1. Tap the browser’s menu icon ( or ).
  2. Look for an option labeled “View desktop site” or “Request mobile site.”
  3. Turn that setting off to switch back to the mobile version.
  4. Refresh or reload the page.
Can I use a cell phone?

No, Zyliant requires a screen at least 12 inches, so a standard-sized iPad/tablet, laptop, or desktop is required.

Touch screens are preferred over the use of a mouse.

The use of a stylus on a touch screen is helpful.

Why do I get the error "We were not able to load the next assessment"?

The code behind the scenes is trying to find a user record in the database which hasn't been created yet because the user moved forward very fast (or skipped assessments). You can click the back button on the browser and click "Try Again" to see if the backend processes have caught up.

Why can't I record my voice?

Your browser needs access to popup windows and your microphone. First, ensure the recording window loads. If not, review the directions on "How do I enable pop ups?" Next, ensure you click "allow" when your browser prompts you to allo waccess your device’s microphone.
